At EKAAV, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
- The return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- An unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged/defective product are mandatory for return requests related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The product shows signs of use or washing.
- The item is damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Original tags or packaging are missing.
- The required proof (unboxing video/photos) is not provided.
Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges subject to product availability.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- The request must be raised within 05 Days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- Customers must provide order details and clear product photos.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Reverse shipping charges may apply for size exchanges.
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at care@ekaav.in with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
- Unboxing video (required for claims related to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products)
Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and guide you through the next steps.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product received from our side.
5. Exchange Options
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Size issues.
- Defective products.
- Incorrect items received.
Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please note:
- Exchange requests for size issues are allowed only once per order.
- Shipping charges for exchanges may apply, depending on the reason for exchange.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please share:
- Order number.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Unboxing video (required for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item claims)
Once verified, we will prioritize resolving the issue through a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
7. Return Shipping Costs
We currently DO offer reverse pickup.
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address.
Return shipping costs are:
- Covered by us (for damaged/incorrect products)
- Covered by the customer (for size change or preference-based returns)
